MISS SAMANTHA
KINDERGARTEN

Miss Samantha earned an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from Santa Fe College and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Saint Leo University. While at Saint Leo University, she spent time student-teaching and working as a one-on-one aid with a student.

Miss Samantha was born and raised in Florida with her parents and older sister. She has always been close to her family and enjoys connecting with others. She is now married to her high school sweetheart and has enjoyed trying to adjust to the new scenery and weather. Ever since she was in kindergarten, Miss Samantha knew she wanted to be a teacher. She has always enjoyed helping children realize their worth and that there is no limit to what they can achieve. She chose to work at Hickory Hill because she could tell that it was a warm, loving environment that puts students and staff up for success. She loves that the school feels like one big, welcoming community where she feels like she is at her home away from home.

In her free time, Miss Samantha enjoys hiking different trails with her husband exploring new places and cooking different meals in the kitchen. She has been a lifelong Gator fan and routes for the Seahawks. She enjoyed attending Gator football games in Florida and is excited to also become a Badgers fan. Although she loves the warmer weather, she is excited to try out winter activities that could not be done in Florida!
